REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product we unfortunately cannot accept returns or give refunds or credits since all sales are final. All items are to be paid in full before the order is placed. This is to protect you and our employees for safety concerns with the situation we are all dealing with. If a product comes damaged we are happy to put a claim in with the shipping company. Once a claim is approved and paid your items can be shipped again at no charge. In addition, no exchanges can be given for items at any time. All custom projects must be signed off on for approval before the projects commences and paid in full. Thank you and we look forward to doing business with you.
